Welcome to Garnet Glaze! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform and the services we provide, which include artisanal bread baking, custom cake design, delicate French pastries, Singaporean-inspired desserts, catering for events, and baking classes.

By accessing or using our online platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our online platform.

1. Use of Our Online Platform

Our online platform is provided for your personal and non-commercial use, to learn about our products and services, place orders, and inquire about baking classes or catering.

• You agree not to use our online platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, disrupt, or impair our services.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is accurate and truthful.
• Unauthorized use of our online platform may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

2. Orders and Purchases

When placing an order for products or services through our online platform, you agree that:

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
• Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon for catering or custom orders. Specific payment terms for custom cakes, catering, or baking classes will be communicated separately.
• For custom cake designs and catering, a consultation and agreement on specifications and pricing will precede the final order confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• For standard bakery items: Cancellations must be made within a reasonable timeframe, typically 24 hours before pickup/delivery. Refunds are at our discretion.
• For custom cakes and catering: Specific cancellation policies will be outlined in your individual contract or agreement. Generally, a non-refundable deposit may be required, and full payment may become non-refundable within a certain period before the event.
• For baking classes: Cancellation policies will be provided upon booking. Usually, a notice period is required for a partial or full refund or rescheduling.
• Damaged or unsatisfactory products must be reported immediately upon receipt. We will assess each case individually and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and culinary designs, is the property of Garnet Glaze and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Garnet Glaze will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our online platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our online platform;
• Any content obtained from our online platform.

While we strive to provide accurate information and high-quality products, Garnet Glaze does not warrant that our online platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are an establishment that handles various allergens; while we take precautions, we cannot guarantee completely allergen-free products.
